Most ACC schools wont entertain B12 for the same reason as PAC schools wont - academically the B12 is horrible compared to those two. Both the ACC and PAC will stay together for this singular reason, even after FSU and Clemson leave (+UConn/USF/Tulane).

Exactly! I do believe both the ACC & PAC 12 are stronger than big 12 especially with Texas & OU leaving

I believe all 3 of them are way better than the AAC for  better teams  and money with or without Texas/OK.

And they got worse when they added UCF.
