You’ll need more than a one day event. You are stuck in 80s with that statement. Once Oregon and Washington leave the Rose Bowl will be looking for a new strategy.

Don’t think Oregon & UW will get invited to Big Ten. It is more likely the Big Ten will look Southwest or Southeast to help with their new TV deal. New markets for them..

It’s trending that they are in talks right now. Love him or hate him, when McMurphy speaks something is happening.

It is a tactic used by Oregon to try to get a better deal with the new PAC 12 contract. State laws in Washington are forbidding it too

Yeah, they are looking to turn down $65 mil a year so they can get an extra $5 mil from the PAC. 😂😂

Lol Big Ten is not going to give them an invite. It is a play by Oregon to make it look like they are being pursued.

Notice that the talks do not involve the BigTen commissioner. The fact is that yes Oregon wants in, who can blame them. But as I posted earlier the new BigTen contract says clearly that the ONLY addition which adds to the contract is Notre Dame. Any other additions will create a discussion about amount increase. Pretty sure that when they added USC/ UCLA others were mentioned and considered.

When all is done I expect ND to stay Indy and BigTen will not add anyone this time around. The PAC most likely signs a 7 year tv contract that ends at same time as BigTen.

Im not as sold as you are on the Corner schools going to Big12. Reality is that the Big12 isn’t that attractive to those four as many think. You think Utah and Arizona schools are thrilled about having to travel to West Virginia and UCF?.

But again they are not going to have a choice pretty soon. The PAC is a time bomb of instability. Bull Daley is crazy if he thinks the B12 is going to get poached. You watch, FOUR schools from the PAC will be gone. It’s just a matter of time.

I doubt four more PAC schools leave without ND being in that picture. You are giving the Big12 too much power.

The one element of power the B12 has is stability. None are going to go to the B10 unless they want to go to 20 teams. For sure Stanford, Wash, and Oregon are gone…regardless of ND (who will stay Indy and take more $ from NBC for 7 years).

Think he is drinking the big 12 Koolaid from UCIF fans. He may have forgotten how delusional they are imo. Big 12 is backfilled with g5 schools. Plus their geography is all out of wack with wvu & UCiF, Cincy on islands by themselves.
