It's looking like the ACC is not budging at the moment. That could change tomorrow. GOR is too strict. They're saying if some critical mass leave all at the same time that could help in the courts but that'd be extreme. Like 8 teams.

ND GOR only applies to football so I can see them dipping out. 

Rumors are that SEC is comfortable at 16 right now. 

My guess is this carousel is done for now. But who knows. I kinda hope not.

ACC might add teams before FSU & Clemson leave. Could be similar to the situation where OU & Texas won’t leave Big 12 until a few more years or so.
