I would have to believe USF is among the many schools who have "applied"... (although if ... BIG F'ING IF ... his previous tweets have any truth, the "applicant schools" are the 4 to 6 teams from the Pac 12).

The ACC is scared about falling WAY WAY WAY behind the SEC and Big Ten... imagine if the Big Ten goes for 6-7 years... then in 2030 gets ANOTHER bump up from another contract... the ACC could really get left behind... and more so if the SEC does the same thing.
