I just can't see how the B12 would be a benefactor in any of this. The Big 12 is not in a position to be the aggressor and poach the Pac12 if the rest of the Pac 12 stays in tact. Very reminiscent of when the AAC went after Big 12 programs when Texas and Oklahoma left and the B12 facepalmed the AAC and pulled off a reverse-raid 😂.

Bingo! The law of common sense will tell us that Big 12 is lowest on the pecking order regarding the P5. So if you think logically, it will be more than likely the Big 12 gets raided by the P4. The questions that I have will Big 12 survive and try to invite more G5 schools or will it be too late.

The B12 and P12 are in the same boat right now... The one benefit the Big 12 has is timezones.  The Pac teams have long suffered from poor viewership because of 10:00pm kickoffs.  The four mountain timezone teams (Arizona, Arizona State, Colorado, and Utah) could benefit from having a conference with schools east of them instead of west of them.

But neither conference is particularly strong right now.

So... what do y'all think if this option? USF to the Pac 12 ?

Ugh.  This would absolutely suck.  This is the opposite of what is good about college football.

B12 would have larger TV markets also?

I used to watch a lot of PAC football back in the BCS era, but since the "playoff" era these teams seem irrelevant.  Therefore, it is not worth staying up that late for west coast football.  The BCS era felt more like anything could happen, so it was more fun to watch everything and speculate.
