Yeah but your team will still be there for you to watch. I watch USF always but then I spend the rest of my Saturdays watching everyone else. I don’t need a team to keep doing this. I think a lot of people enjoy watching in general. I don’t see that changing for most.

Not so sure, I can’t remember the last time I watched the SEC game of the week.  I kind of follow Texas A&M and Texas Tech due to my kids but I don’t watch it with the same passion.  It really is a regional sport and I have shown more interest in the NFL as of late, 2 super conferences would make it less interesting imo.  But really seeing Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State in the playoffs every year has already made it less interesting so maybe this just speeds up the apathy.
