******* hell, if only they listened to CJL when he asked for a stadium. This whole situation was mismanaged by Judy and Doug.

The idea I've been pushing here for the past year or so of shutting down the football program entirely looks better by the day.

I fully understand the visceral reactions to your redundant moronic posts ....

Could ND be the savior of college football by rejecting the B10 and thus halting all this madness. If ND says no, Big10 may not expand any further, Pac12 stays intact by adding SDSU and Boise, ACC stays together with a ND commitment.

Did Leavitt not ask for a stadium? Also, are you just reacting to me staying the obvious?

You know what, don’t answer. I want to be kept in the dark on this one.

B12 could still raid the PAC. That would still effectively shut us out Of any realignment

Honestly, I'm getting older and older and just not really giving a **** what conference we're playing in. This stuff is all kind of fun waiting to see where everything washes out but I'm more interested in seeing if CJS can get the most important part of all this back on track.

Yup, as I get older, the less and less this is important. College is about education and experiences. In reality, college sports are about a bunch of 18-22 year olds playing a game; money has corrupted it and we need a wake up call as a society, haha. Really, all of this is supposed to be for the current students to gain fun experiences and it doesn’t matter what conference we are in, let’s just enjoy it.

College football as we know it is about to die.  USF is going to be left with a White Elephant of a stadium and nothing else to show for it.  My interest in CFB is waning by the day.

The OCS is for the current students and their experience as a USF student. There is something special about waking Saturday late morning, getting together with your friends and going to tailgate and watch a football game just a walking distance from your dorms. It’s about alumni coming back to the campus and sharing stories and memories with friends and family. This is what is special about an OCS and why RJS is not sufficient. The OCS is needed regardless of what conference we are in.

Leavitt was an adamant Ray Jay supporter and continuously asked for the building of an IPF instead. He always said the OCS was not necessary when playing in an NFL stadium.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
