My comment is still mostly right, however.  For a local guy he isn't at all.

So to recap from the rumors….pac 12 remnants go to big 12, acc gets gutted by sec and big 10, usf left to alogn with whats left of acc?

This is, apparently, how Notre Dame will force the hand of the ACC. The last part would be poison pill.  When the ACC rejects the offer, ND will then make the move to the B1G.
