Posted on a USC board -- from someone connected to the Trojans admin (supposedly) -- the announcement will be sometime this week.  Other reports have indicated that Notre Dame would make it's intentions known quickly, rather than let things linger like a Sword of Damocles over the current process.

As of now, the meeting is to discuss Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, and Colorado joining the Big 12. It is not clear how far down the line the conversations currently are and this is not the first discussion, however, it has been stated that Tuesday is by far the biggest meeting of significance that has taken place.
