We need to get the **** out of this conference while we are still alive enough to do so, sure the hospice that is the AAC seems like a more comfortable path but you still die in the end. Choose life, choose independence.

While they did not use the innocuous sounding term "Greater Good" they may as well have.  In my experience, the "Greater Good" has nothing good for me and only applies greater pressure to my pocketbook.

Yeah no one is going to like it but the teams that are selected will have a chance to get better. Going in with whole gang would be just dumb.

So, who would be in a southeast conference? The article didn't mention in. The AAC is pretty crap as it is, so would it really make that much of a difference if we joined a regional conference? I don't know. On paper, it would be cheaper for schools and easier for students due to the shorter travel. The TV money would be a big question, though.

We're in a dumpster fire, I don't know that it matters where in the dumpster we're sitting. Maybe one end is slightly less hot?
