It almost feels like the Big 12 is just going to gobble up whomever has any support and facilities. Would they also take Boise State AND SDSU along with USF and Memphis and create a 16 team conference? 

East: Cincinnati, Memphis, Kansas, KSU, ISU, WVU, UCF, USF

West: TTU, Ok State, Houston, Baylor, TCU, BYU, Boise State, SDSU

What would be the demographic problem for Boise State?  Is that another way to describe the 24-49 (whatever) TV audience?  Not enough couch potatoes in Idaho?  Odd.

I'm thinking low population (the Tampa metro area has twice the population as the entire state of Idaho) and time zone. Any night game in Boise is going to be starting at 9-10 PM eastern which hurts ratings.
