Never been to Denver, would like to go. The AFA is suppose to be very similar to BYU in terms of the stadium view.

Colorado Springs has almost 500k people and is growing pretty rapidly too. That could be a big market that we're penetrating at the right time. Never been to Fort Collins but its known for its craft beer so that's a good sign.
