Teams to add:

App, Louisiana, UAB, and Marshall.  In my opinion, those are the clear cut top 4 (assuming Boise or no one in MWC or Army will come).

Other teams to consider:  FAU and ODU.  I would throw Coastal in there, but their success is to new/recent.

I don't mind the addition of FAU.
