I know the right way to go for both Kelly and Aresco is to keep everything quiet behind closed doors regarding any kind of moves but does anyone else just get a bad feeling that not enough is being done by either to be proactive during all of this.  Aside from the reports a month ago that Aresco was conspiring with ESPN there hasn't been any more mention about the AAC being aggressive. You would think something would've leaked in our Athletics dept about conversations Kelly is having or out of the AAC offices that something was going on

Unfortunately it looks the B12 is the only conference that quite clearly does not care about academic standing at all, maybe we need to drop our academics down to a UCF level to be a better cultural fit.

There is nothing Aresco can do as there is not a chance that even a single remaining B12 team would join the AAC, he can only wait to see how dismantled his conference becomes and then dismantle the conferences below him accordingly. He can develop the greatest super group of G5 programs the world has ever seen and that won’t change the fact that every single team in the G5 would leave immediately to join whatever is left of the b12 because that’s the better option no matter what anyone would like to  pretend or wish away.

This is pretty much a moot point. We're only talking about 10 years ago, not 50. Nothing has changed much in travel modes since the last expansion.

Sorry, I’m bad at grammar.  There should have been a ‘ with’ after the comma, signifying contrast from geography alone.
