I don't disagree, but depth in only one group won't offset the lack of in another. Maybe be only coach speak, but if we can truly go 6-8 deep on the o-line I think we're good. Typically run a 3/4 defense, so 4-5 deep on the d-line should be good. We have some young lb's that will step up IMO. I just don't see us fading in the 2nd half.

This is pretty much a moot point. We're only talking about 10 years ago, not 50. Nothing has changed much in travel modes since the last expansion.

hmm figured they we're the most likely. Only other additions that make sense are Kansas to the Big 10 and WVU to the ACC. I don't think the Big 10 will expand bc I don't see who they'd bring on as a 2nd team besides Notre Dame and that's not happening. ACC could try to add Cincy with WVU but I'm not sure that moves the needle enough for them to pull the trigger.

At this point I think the Big 12 teams stand pat until OU and Texas are officially leaving then send out 4-6 invites. It's now or never time for our fanbase to show up, and we all know that's only happening if theirs a product worth showing up for
