Isn’t PAC12 contract or GoR up in 2023? We may know more in 2 years, seems like forever though.
 

Also, depends on if B1G and PAC merge the top halves. Then there would be a fair amount of schools available to invite.

Didn't I read on here that that would never happen? There's is absolutely no way any P5 team would ever downgrade to the AAC? Of course at my age I could be imagining such comments.

Granted, if UT/OK leave early, the B12 will get a heft exit fee.  However, the media deal has a clause that it can terminate their deal, which will take up that fee plus cost more in media revenue going forward when it is renegotiated.

I don't see where the B12 is in any position to dictate anything.

If I'm the AAC commish, I'm working out "what-if" scenarios with ESPN, etc. on packages with a combined league with teams from the B12 that would give those teams more long-term value than languishing in the remnants of the B12.

I’d imagine ou and Texas will be in the sec by 2023. As far as bama goes I don’t see them canceling 2 home games and playing us at ray jay. They will either cancel the entire series or play it depending on how much the buyout is with us

Well right now “it appears” that there are 3 to 4 leftovers that no other P5 conference wants. Of course, that could change if they all hang together but that’s a hard ask for OSU, KU, and WVU if they get offers. But really what P5 would want ISU, KSU, TT, TCU, and Baylor?

I am pretty sure that whatever it is .... they can afford it
