They are not going to a G5 with Utah in a P5

They are making more $ as an independent 

They have a culture that is trying to imitate ND...they won’t stop for that now.

That is effectively kicking them out. Of you call it, "leaving" then we're on the hook for exit fees. I think adding Boise State, AFA, and BYU (CSU) still accomplishes what you want.

If the AAC disbanded [only need 8 members to agree], then there are no exit fees.
