If you are Michigan or Texas....do you really care what your conference says? ND survives without being dictated to.

One, they already have agreements in place that state which levels of broadcast the conference controls.

Two, Notre Dame is slowing migrating toward the ACC.  If they find that they are left out of the CFP because of independence, that may change.

Three, you have to have a landing spot for your basketball teams and olympic sports.

It's simply not as cut and dry as you guys make it out to be.

Any idea when the $126 and the pocket full of lint will be divided amongst the AAC members?
