Remember the kid who was around here for a little while that claimed a) he had seen the plans for the OCS and b) Tom Allen wasn't leaving for IU because they went to the same church?

I thought it was his sister's friend, or some other nebulous connection, that had seen them? And it was for the MOSI site, right?

I'm pretty sure he claimed to be the one to lay eyes on it and it was MOSI. He never could explain how and why he got to be in the room.

I still think the MOSI site will be where our football stadium goes, but that's just my speculation.

Fowler is a big, busy dangerous road. You won't get the students to go to a MOSI located OCS from their dorms. It's just too far and inconvenient to cross those 8 lanes.
