He is an Alumnus and booster of one of "The SEC" teams. He has told me more then once and no alcohol was involved. I'm just have no time table or any other bits to add on it.

USF is going to win a national title in football. I guarantee it. No timetable, though.

I would agree however, it is my opinion. I can't set a time table for information given to me when that wasn't included in the information dispersed. I told you what was said. Nothing more and nothing less. The only thing I derived from it was that if there is a #15, there more then likely is a #16.

You can see why we're all a little skeptical, right? This thread has more than a few people who've mentioned inside information on expansion.
