it come down to, don't expand and we'll give you 10mil or all the sudden Ok and Texas are going to get paid to bolt...just my opinion

ESPN is under tremendous stockholder pressure because they have paid so much for content over the last several years.  Adding some percentage of $50-100 mil per year isn't good for the bottom line right now, regardless of the value.  Besides, why would ESPN want to pay $25 mil each for AAC schools they already have under contract for about $2mil each?

FYI ESPN and Fox are "purported' to be offering 240 million for the Big 12's Conference Championship game. There's where the rate bump is hidden.

That is just because they heard FedEx is thinking about sponsoring it.

AT&T just offered $85 BILLION to by some crappy content.  There's gold in them hills, we just have to find the right miner(s)
