 Given what I've seen from other schools touting their successes, this really is sad. The letter does contain a lot of great information that if presented with more pop could've really made an impact, I just don't get it.   No matter what the phase of negotiations, sending a letter like this is inexcusable.

Just because the letter was revealed doesn't mean it was sent via US Postal services.
