Chip Brown on Austin radio this AM saying he thinks expansion will happen, as of right now he thinks the Big 12 will add 4: BYU, Cincy, UH, Memphis.

Who is Chip Brown? The love child of Chip Kelly and Mac Brown? Oh he's just another blogger like TuxedoYoda except he gets paid by scout? Cool so this holds about as much water as the rest of the rumors in this thread...
