Agreed. If you look carefully-every potential USF source has gone completely silent unless asked. Genshaft and Harlan have said absolutely nothing. Nothing is being said on the internet. Even Collin Sherwin has said absolutely nothing, and for once I'm not sure he even knows what's going on-he said as much. 

Same thing is happening over at UCF, at Houston, and at Cincy. UCF was asked, but they basically gave political speech-they aren't pitching a thing. I like to think Houston with Renu Khator and CIncy, who we have a long and respected relationship with, are pitching us right now too, but again-that's all we know-nothing. 

It's going to be a long August.

You would think if the B12 wanted to expand in such short notice and they want their members to start in 2017 without it being a distraction for this season,that the details about exit fees and overall revenue would need to be discussed before going public. Maybe the silence is a good sign? Maybe that's happening right now. Heck even the media has stopped, for the most part, throwing darts at a wall. Who knows, but I think an underrated pitch for us is what JK brought up yesterday; take a look at USF's accomplishments in a BCS conference and how attendance looked then. That's the best way to compare is it not? 

I'm still not sold on Houston to B12, but maybe Houston to Pac12 will gain some steam. 

How about, Houston & BYU to Pac12 (rebrand to Pac14) 

Cincy, UConn, USF & UCF to Big 12 (rebrand to Big14)

How would we know that?  The Big12 called us to tell us "sorry, you're not our type?"  Doesn't seem likely

The silence is because there's no benefit to publicly lobbying for the Big XII.  But that does NOT mean we're not being considered or not trying to get in.  Two different things.  

When has Harlan ever said we're not being considered?  Or that we wouldn't be interested in the Big XII?
