most people would read that as our worst loss.

Maybe we could have a thread on this...

Well, actually it got that bad because our 3rd-string QB came in and started dropping dimes on them.  I think he had a couple TD passes.  And that was one of UCF's C-USA championship years too, lol.

And don't forget "Kevin Smith, who began the day averaging 172 yards per game rushing for Central Florida, was limited to 55 on 18 carries."

I believe he played only the second half due to a curfew violation. It would not have changed the game outcome, but 55 in  half is not  awful but many of those may have been against the USF third team defense. I don't know, I was not at the game.

Speaking of UCF, this is what they sent to the B12 to help promote the Knats case for inclusion

I saw that a couple of days ago. Interesting that they target Cinci and Uconn as the competition.

My feeling is that until non traditional revenue sources that are not tied to cable systems pony up, the Big 12 has no way to increase revenue. So, if Amazon, Google, Netflix need College Football content, that would be a game changer IMO

Pretty obvious that they know that USF, Houston and BYU are locks and who they're vying with for that last spot ...

oliar pulled k smith at some point in the second half...he played the first and basically wasn't effective

The curfew year was the game in Orlando.

You may be right, it may have been the 2006 game when he sat, I think in 2006 he sat the whole game for curfew violations.

You are correct.....2006 he sat, not the blowout.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
