The SEC table is plenty big enough to accommodate any size ego. The only chair size they have around it is XXXL ... Not saying Texas would ever want to, although joining God's gift to college football conferences may assuage the ego a bit, but I find it hard to believe that the SEC would turn down a program like that. One theory may be that they'd relish another SEC team in the state to help dilute the in state recruiting.

If Texas truly wanted to join either the SEC or B10, they would be invited within 2 seconds.
