They are going to do that, but the plan is to begin construction before the season is over, so that it will be ready by next season.

This will take more than the 5-6 thousand accounts. We need to nearly double it! About 10 thousand accounts averaging about 4 tix.

Thinking it'll be surprising how much we're able to fundraise for this. Donors will get to use a stadium. The tangible benefits to the USF community will be obvious, visible, and immediate. Compared to an IPF where the use is strictly for the players, donors may be inside it once or twice, and the benefits to USF may not be noticeable for a few years.

I'm thinking rallying support for an IPF is like rallying support for a midterm election, and getting support for a stadium is like getting support for a presidential election. A lot of casual fans who weren't paying attention at all to the IPF fundraiser will be giddy about getting a stadium built.

Jim Leavitt deserves to have his name and statue at this Stadium. Period!
