This game could feel a lot different with that trick play and the 4th and 2 missed tackle. This team has shown flashes of talent. The defense just isn't that good. We will improve throughout the year.

I don't care what anyone says back to me. Coach Willie Taggart was THE coach for this program. Our administration/ program should have sucked up the pride, the integrity, and rehired him when he came crawling back. We are not a program who can have our pick at the best, we need to take what works. Do you all remember when we were ranked? Do you all remember our streak of 30+ points per game being one of the best in the country? That offense was rockin' and exciting to watch. It worked for US. Taggart had his flaws and clearly didn't work out at FSU or even at Oregon. Is he a gold digger with no loyalty? Clearly. But sometimes when a dog comes back with his tail between his legs, he is more loyal and dedicated than ever before. We needed Taggart.

IMO, the lizard D is poor. If USF can move the ball, eat clock and score, I think this will be a game.
