So, if the the Chair of the BoT says it is happening, can we believe it? Have they ever said something like this and go back on it? Idk, just an honest question because I have not see someone at this level of the university say something like this.

USF has blown by UCF in prestige and academic ranking.    I will take that over a Big 12 invite if they were mutually exclusive. The big 12 is not even considered a power conference any longer

Strike individual and replace with politician. No one else on stage mentioned an OCS. CJS referred to something that the Chair of the BOT mentioned but never said the words OCS.

CJS said the words On Campus Stadium around the 17:00 mark.

I obviously missed that. I remember him referring to what Weatherford said.  Did he say that we needed one? or are building one?

I had to listen to roughly 20 times and use google translate but I believe what he said was along the lines of “what the bot chairmen said was the next big step with an on campus stadium and that’s incredible”

And near the end of the video IPRL says something about moving on to the next step as our BOT chairman indicated.
