That's BS and kind of shows how limited you are in how coaching a team and developing a program really works.  Sure, there are kids that may be "gamers" and shine under pressure while others may wilt, but if you know what you are doing you don't have to throw them in the fire to know who is who.

Yet we started a guy who had 8 yards passing.
