Improvement can be shown the second you walk into a place. It maybe gradual but it will be seen and if you talk about how you have to make everything worse to make it better you have no idea what you are doing and if it accidentally improves it’s not because you had any idea on how to do it.

I was an avg athlete but the one thing I learned over the years was when you win you have a great Locker room  and when you lose not so much, simple as that, **** the culture bs

Definitely. Its like when people say "He's great for the locker room." You know what's great for the locker room, 20/30, 300 yds, and a couple touchdowns.
