Its only FGCU our pitching seems to have a real problem with.  These games with them have been surreal, and NOT in a good way!

This team is young and has their up and downs but they are certainly playing better than since Mohl’s first year.

Our pitching has been a problem every series.

Ugh, I hope Coach Mohl is addressing that with recruiting.  Because we seem to have a pretty decent young core in the lineup and field, except for the Pitching side.

He has, but at least 1 pitching recruit was drafted.  Go figure, it's tougher for mid-majors to recover from recruits being drafted than P5's

Gotha.  Well to your point, or somebody said it.  If he can't develop the Pitchers that he has then he won't be around very long.  Its early in the season, so maybe these guys can get better.

Bulls take series with fau. Lost Friday night 5-1 and won yesterday 4-0 and today 6-5

Looks like Burns and Sullivan threw pretty well this weekend.

 

On a side note, I saw Peter Stryzlecki this weekend.  He was coaching in the same tournament as I was over in Sanford.  He said he wanted to head over to watch Burns pitch Saturday, but I doubt he made it.  He recognized my son and a couple other players from the USF camps.
