The next to last ranking is probably justified considering where we were last year.  But I think we could sneak ahead of a couple more teams like ECU and Navy/or Tulsa just because of the influx of some better talent (presumably) and another year in the CJS system.   I still have blind faith in the man at this point.  Nothing to base that on but the way he presents himself and coming from a winning program.  I have to think that way cause the alternative is too difficult to consider.
