That's curious.  Okay computer people, how the heck would they know?  I remember voting for something USF online (Rocky maybe?) and clearing the cookies and voting again.

I'm not a paywall expert but i would guess they see the same IP address making a read request.

So, VPN?  Probably not worth it to most.  Think there are some free ones out there.
