Not really a "bad" thing but coaches are judged by wins and losses and prefer to not enter a gun battle with a sling shot. You weren't getting an employed coach back then to leave that job security to take on the "toughest job in college basketball", which is why Stan was perfect ....

Maybe these coaches can get a lock on florida especially the west coast lots of good high school programs
