He is an FCS QB at best but probably D2. He brings absolutely nothing to USF.

To be fair, Charlie Weis Jr does not help him much with the play calling

When we call quick slants and skinny posts, McCloud does ok

The ineffective running plays, 7 step drops and third and longs are killers

After the way McSuck literally lost the Temple game single handily I was done with him. He is filler now and will hopefully be gone by 7:30pm.
