2013 had some good tailgates, though.  I think I prefer bad football with liberty over bad football with tyranny.  2020 is worse.

2013 -- Wow, what a nightmarish flashback.  I started the year hospitalized and severely ill for three months and coming very close to dying.  Then came football: After the first play of the season, it was downhill all the way.   Started with the McNeese State fiasco and then taking that road trip to get spanked at Michigan State.  Along the way, I got the holiday joy of my my ex giving me the heave ho the Monday after Thanksgiving.  I topped it all by flying with the team and freezing my ass off on sidelines during that 31-6 beat down at Rutgers and commiserating all night with a New Jersey state patrol officer assigned to escort the team.  Not a great year for the Bulls or me.  Compared to 2013, so far 2020 has been a walk in the park.

We have had 1aa teams that would absolutely destroy this years team.  I'm gonna say this year is worse at the moment, at least 2013 could play some defense.
