No we did not...at least through the first quarter of the season.

There is still time, which is nice, but still it would be nice to get to the turning around point sooner than later.

I'd say yes. The first quarter of the season, we were 4-4. The advantage that CBG had is that he was able to basically remake the roster with his players from the beginning, starting a foundation ..... CJS doesn't have that luxury.

I can’t recall who we played (too lazy to look) but I did think it was lower level teams from far away conferences. Regardless, I still put the BB program in the same classification as DB this year. We were losing like crazy once the conference level games started.

We all would and that explains the venting this morning. But with a few exceptions it is tough to do with football and the talent we have now. Look, you could be right Scott could suck. That possibility is always there for any coach. But I am willing to see this play out...along with still being mad when they play terrible.

Well he doesn't have to keep playing McCloud.  He did bring in several QBs.   And that was ecu, one of the worst teams around last night.   Would have like to have seen a glimmer of hope last night ...... sigh

I know this is a subject that the board's kind of split on but, while not perfect obviously, I had no problem with JM last night. That game was lost on the other side of the ball ..... having said that, though, I wouldn't have problem giving a game each to other qb's to get a feel.

Bulls football will rise again just as the sun does every day. I was at the game last night and stood the whole game cheering on my favorite team. Now that I have moved back from Arizona, I will be at every game because I bleed Green and Gold!!! I am an alum, former student manager and forever a Bulls fan! The result was disappointing and I am still mad, but I will never give up on my team like many are on this board. Coach Scott will turn the Bulls around. He knows he has a lot of work to do and he will see it through. If you are going to be woe is me and bring the negative vibes then move on. The team needs our support, Coach Scott needs our support. The game was unacceptable last night, but grab your lunch pail and get back to work Bulls!!! Coach will get his team together and get the culture of Bulls football back. I for one will watch every second of every game and never quit on my team!!! You all can make your own choice, but win or lose for me it will always be S-O-U-T-H F-L-O-R-I-D-A!!! GO BULLS!!! BEAT TEMPLE!!!

The defense was awful no doubt and really the most disappointing, but I am just not impressed with McCloud at all.  It's first look or nothing and that can work against ecu's pathetic defense, but not against much else as we have seen

I kind of agree with that but there were a few times where he did get out side the pocket, by design or survival, but there was no separation with any receivers ...

I think what we saw from McCloud last night is his ceiling.

I would like to see what Fortin can do.  That's interesting just to compare and contrast.  Winning is no longer on the table lol.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
