welcome to year -1. This is exactly where Coach Gregory was a while back.

Didn't we see some promise in year -1 for Gregory?

No...not really...maybe a little bit at the tourney...but not in the first quarter of the schedule.

Yes we did and it didn’t take 15 recruiting classes to reasonably expect a .500 team (now in all fairness one person really can change around an entirely college basketball team and it is a bit harder for football but still things can be improved even though we have not done so as yet).

No we did not...at least through the first quarter of the season.

I'd say yes. The first quarter of the season, we were 4-4. The advantage that CBG had is that he was able to basically remake the roster with his players from the beginning, starting a foundation ..... CJS doesn't have that luxury.

Well he doesn't have to keep playing McCloud.  He did bring in several QBs.   And that was ecu, one of the worst teams around last night.   Would have like to have seen a glimmer of hope last night ...... sigh

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
