Nobody is a fan of the portal unless you are Corey, when you raid Juco, grad transfers and others you are filling the gap from your failures recruiting, a filler here are there is ok but on a mass scale is a recipe for failure, this year we had no choice.

Yeah his first year of recruiting wechave to cut him some slack given the quck turnaround that he had.

This year's recruiting class is big!  Yet some what affected with the Covid situation.

Johnson quickly became my favorite player on O this year just due to his 2 hustle plays earlier in the year, but if I am trying to build for the future I am trying to build it around a 1 and done grad transfer.

But you have to admit there are about one or two of these special circumstances a year (Tua was another)and these QBs are not likely going to a G5 school.
