You aren’t accounting for the aliens and lizard people that walk among us but on a serious note there does seem to be some discrepancies between how much Covid viral load means you actually have Covid and how many cycles of amplifying the sample you should go through in order to accurately test for infection ( I am not sure about what the correct answer is I just know it seems to be a recent debate and the answer is not definitive (for me to take a stance I would have to know the probability of a small load later increasing to an infected level and I do not think that anyone has attempted to give that answer)).
