People confuse a scientist saying something with science which makes no more sense than confusing Steve’s posts on here with law. Science takes time, science takes studies, science takes peer review and what we mostly have on this subject is opining from scientists that are more educated guesses than anything  else (it doesn’t mean they are necessarily wrong but their appeals to the authority of science are a bit of a stretch).

one serious covid  hospitalization or one death of football player or a coach will force the aac to shut it down

this shouldnt be too confusing

If that’s all it takes then how does football to continue to operate in general? Football by it’s very nature is dangerous and if Covid becomes one of those dangers I believe that it needs to be shown that it is a greater danger than the game itself and that the dangers of Covid are greater in a football setting than they are in the athletes every day lives (so far quite a few parents and athletes believe they are safer from Covid in the confines of their football program than they are in their general lives and I believe people know what’s best for their lives more than I do).

For some decent schools there are a lot of dumb people in the Big10.
