If they decide to move forward it could lead to significant exposure for the conference and beg the question if P5 players still want to play will they be allowed to transfer without sitting out.

That's a valid point. USF has always taken advantage when other teams won't. If large conferences sit out it means more eyes on AAC and the Bulls.

Coupling Scott Frost's comments from yesterday and report that only Texas and Oklahoma want to move forward with football in the Big 12, it makes for an interesting scenario where these 3 schools may need teams to play or even a home. Aresco would be well advised to announce that the conference is willing take on select schools that may not have a home if their conference shuts down for football this fall. I'd recommend he not blow out any phone calls to the schools until the conferences give their blessing, otherwise the lawsuits start flying.

I'm getting tired of doing Aresco's job for him.

I am going to have to start getting the Tailgate trailer ready. If USF decides no crowds I will have to set her up somewhere and tailgate r120319 027.HEICegardless. lol

More intrigue...per an article 8/10 on Horns 247, Herman is saying he currently has no idea who they will play in their first game. Tx El Paso team has gone into quarantine due to 4 players testing positive. They are out for 14 days and team is out 5 days. USF is mentioned but only in the context that Tx will save around a $1/2 mil ( $1.4 vs 1.9 ) if it plays them and not us???  Also, they could do a future schedule but...they have no openings until 2026. Herman is saying the same thing Saban said, the players are safer on campus than back home.  They seem to be in control of the V kinda like USF is currently.

A Twist & Turn we go..

I imagine many of the students will be in custody of some C19. Wonder if they can test them before they get on campus?  Try to decrease the exposure factor instead of marching into campus buildings, dorms, offices , etc. It will be interesting for sure

My son is a USF student... and no... no testing... just a questionnaire.  Where you been... what you been doing... how do you feel?  etc.  He moves back to Tampa in a week.
