I like it Cuz, The recent performances by our main sports have even gotten you jaded, that is when I know things are bad.

Not really jaded. I just love how every off season guys talk about how much stronger we got, how we're working on speed and agility drills as if no other football team is out there doing the same dam thing.  You've got to put in the work but then you need to coach them up and put them in a position to make plays and win.

I agree, these are puff pieces to build excitement for the upcoming season.  It worked last year, we had finished the prior season with 6 straight losses and a team in decline yet somehow I thought we were on the cusp of something great, fool me twice I think not

Some people forget that a personal record is just personal and doesn't necessarily mean you you are where you need to be in relation to your competition.
