I think we'll be pretty solid at LB and the guys know the system.  We have established leaders now and the guys have just gotten bigger and better.  So I think we'll do well.  Can't really give a record prediction until I see who's starting... but I do like our chances to end the drought.

USF will make a big splash this year. I feel it. I hate to admit it but if I were honest we could see last season coming. I don't care who you are, you get a new coaching staff and a new system and you will have problems. 11 wins is good considering the guys were literally running the system for the first time. As the season progressed last season you could see the guys grasping it. This season they know it, if we have a qb who can manage games, which I think we do, we will turn a lot of heads. UCF...

I've also said we'd win a conference title in the pass?  So what?  I've actually seen the team scrimmage 3 times this season as opposed to not seeing them at all last spring.  Nothing I said changes... I said make a big splash and we did, We started off 7-0... kind of a splash for a team I thought would win 8 games last season

Anyway I had us winning 8 last season...  I'm leaning towards 9-10 this season.  I like what I have seen for myself in this team.  Not the opinions of other eyes... I've actually seen this team for myself. I like where we're heading.  Got rid of the riff raff and got some guys in who want to be here.  I also the schematically we've never had an offense like this

They have been on an unbelievable streak for 2 years.  But, we did beat them just 3 years ago, its not like its been a gazillion years, and we do have that overall winning record over them.  Society is so "what have you done for me lately".

They have actually won four of the six conference titles since the AAC has been in existence, USF football would give their left nut to win four of the next six AAC conference titles.
