I would take on his bold tradition, but I still need a few more years of training.  Come back Howie, 2-3 years of rigorous training to be like you sounds hard!

Howie sits next to us at the games.  His wife has been sick apparently so he has been taking care of her.  Maybe when she's feeling better, he'll come back.  He'll be in Miami.

My opinion (which doesn't count for a whole hill a beans) is that you should tell him that he has more supporters than detractors here.  he is well appreciated by those who count, and should come back soon.  Of course he should also develope a serious case of "elephant skin" too so that things won't bother him when someone or a few someones have a difference of opinions.
