Week 4:  The Bulls Take on Louisville in USF's BIG EAST Inaugural Game

The Contest:  Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to select the winner for the season's first USF football game - as well as make some tie-breaking prognostications.  Prizes await, as does the respect and admiration of Bulls fans across the country.

The winner will be decided with the first and second prediction items.  I am looking for the person that comes closest to the actual score, not simply the margin of victory.  If more than one person is correct, or equally close, we'll go to item three.  Closest wins.  If still tied, we go to item four - if still tied, all winners get a gift.

Lousiville is very good, y'all.  USF needs to play a perfect game - no turnovers, very few penalties, great special teams play, PJ completing 65% or more - and needs Louisville to make some mistakes - turnovers in the red zone, Brohm passing problems...

I BULLieve that we have not seen the Bulls play at their best... but will their best be good enough??
