I think whoever said Oladokun was a good scrambler may have exaggerated his abilities.  He's not terrible, but not was he was billed as.

As was pointed out earlier in this thread and every time someone talks about CO as a runner...you don't finish a HS season with negative rushing yards if you're dual-threat.
