The final line is not the experts’ expectations. That is the opening line. The actual final line is set by people’s (gamblers) pocketbooks for their wagers so probably a better indication of national perception of both teams. The line does not lie about what most people are thinking.

I took Tulsa to cover and to win outright.  Worked out well. I broke even and the Bulls won.
