I loved 2007. People that worked in athletics during that time admit that USF was not prepared for that #2 ranking.  Some argue reaching those quirky heights was both the best and worst thing to happen to such a young FB program. We have "fans" that refuse to get season tix because we're no longer in the Big East. Taggart isn't wrong.

For a former qb he definitely can’t recruit qbs. In that regard I think Jimbo did him a favor so he should be good for a couple of seasons, but after that it will be on him. 

He definitely can recruit rbs though. Johnson, Mack, & Tice were pretty good for us.

Can he stop being a punk and pressure thief AD into signing some type 2 for 1 or something with us already? I know it would need to happen in the next 3 years or so or he will be gone (maybe to UF, UM, the NFL or some other dream job)
